An Industry Leader in Modern governance & Risk Management

Tiffany A. Archer, Esq.

President & Founder, Eunomia Risk Advisory, Inc.

THE TRIFECTA MOST ADVISORS LACK:

  • She's built algorithmic systems

  • She's governed them at scale

  • She's applied behavioral science to real programs

Tiffany Archer helps organizations navigate governance, risk, and compliance challenges across borders and regulatory regimes. She spent six years coding algorithmic decision tools in quantitative finance, then defended corporations in SEC and DOJ enforcement matters at premier law firms before serving as Chief Compliance Officer for multinational corporations across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. For the last several years, she's focused on integrating behavioral science into governance frameworks.

That combination, technical, operational, and behavioral, shapes how Eunomia approaches governance. Not as abstract policy, but as frameworks that function when business pressure, cultural context, and human behavior collide.

Tiffany has designed and implemented compliance and ethics programs for startups, private companies, and Fortune 500s across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Her experience as Chief Compliance Officer includes:

  • Led global ethics and anti-corruption programs across 30+ countries at Pall Corporation (a subsidiary of Fortune 200 Danaher) as Global Head of Compliance, Risk & Privacy, managing cross-border regulatory complexity and cultural adaptation.

  • Guided Panasonic Avionics Corporation through a successful 3-year FCPA monitorship as Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel for the Americas & Europe, translating between regulators, technical teams, and business operations.

  • Built the company's first governance framework from the ground up as Fractional Chief Compliance Officer to an innovative fintech startup.

A recognized industry leader:

Our Human-Centric Approach to Compliance

With decades of experience in compliance leadership, Tiffany knows navigating legal, compliance, and risk management can feel like a maze of ever-changing rules. That’s why she founded Eunomia Risk Advisory—to simplify the process with a modern, human-centered approach to compliance and risk mitigation challenges.

Eunomia capitalizes on this insight by integrating behavioral science, digital technologies, data analytics, and AI to pinpoint the psychological triggers behind unethical actions. Our strategy isn’t just unique—it’s effective, empowering businesses to embed behavioral interventions into their programs to proactively mitigate risk and drive ethical decision-making.

Behavioral science offers a framework for interpreting data and creating human-focused interventions that actually work, creating ethical corporate cultures and resilient compliance frameworks that ensure compliance while enabling agile business operations.
