Eunomia Risk Advisory, Inc. ("Eunomia," "we," "us") is a behavioral governance and AI advisory firm. We operate the website eunomiarisk.com (the "Website").
This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through the Website and through emails we send to people who have subscribed. It does not cover information we receive in the course of client engagements, which is governed by our client agreements.

Information we collect
We collect the business contact information you provide to us and limited technical information about use of the Website.
Information you provide. When you download a report, subscribe to our insights, or contact us, we ask for:
First and last name
Email address
Job title
Company or organization
Your message, if you use the contact form
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our website platform and analytics provider collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, or assessment responses through the Website. We ask that you not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in messages sent through the contact form.
First name, last name and email address are required to download a report, subscribe or contact us. Title and company are optional.
How we use your information
We use personal information to provide the materials and responses you request and, where you have opted in, to send you Eunomia insights and news.

Downloading a report does not subscribe you to our emails. You receive insights and news only if you tick the opt-in box. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to privacy@eunomiarisk.com.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The Website uses a limited number of cookies. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them through the cookie banner.
Essential cookies set by our website platform keep the Website working and secure. These cannot be switched off through the banner.
Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and our website platform help us understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are read and how visitors arrive. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Website.
We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on the Website.
Email engagement. Our insights emails contain standard technology that tells us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this to measure interest in our content and to manage our subscriber list, as described under "How long we keep information."

How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Subscribers: until you unsubscribe. If you have not opened or engaged with our emails for 24 months, we will either ask whether you wish to stay subscribed or remove you.
Report downloads and inquiries: up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless a business relationship follows.
Analytics data: kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
International transfers
Eunomia is based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred there. Where the law of your country requires it, we rely on safeguards offered by our providers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Artificial intelligence
We do not use AI tools to process the personal information you submit through the Website.
Automated decision-making
We do not use personal information collected through the Website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party websites, such as publications where our articles appear. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to privacy@eunomiarisk.com.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

Object to or restrict how we use your information
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier use based on that consent
Complain to the data protection authority in your country
We respond to requests within the time required by applicable law, generally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Unsubscribing. Our emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also write to privacy@eunomiarisk.com.
Children
The Website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will also notify subscribers by email.
