For the last several years, she's focused on integrating behavioral science into governance frameworks.

  • Guided Panasonic Avionics Corporation through a successful 3-year FCPA monitorship as Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel for the Americas & Europe, translating between regulators, technical teams, and business operations. 

  • Built the company's first governance framework from the ground up as Fractional Chief Compliance Officer to an innovative fintech startup.

  • Founded and convenes an executive roundtable series across Africa on corporate governance, AI, and digital trust through Eunomia Global, in partnership with the African Corporate Governance Network.
