Marcia Narine Weldon is the General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs at Eunomia, where she leads legal strategy and contributes to the company’s commitment to global best practices in compliance, ethics, and governance. She supports Founder and President, Tiffany Archer, in advancing Eunomia’s mission of making regulatory complexity clear, actionable, and human-centered for institutions, governments, and mission-driven organizations around the world.

With nearly three decades of legal and compliance experience—including at some of the world’s largest law firms—Marcia has served as General Counsel for an AI startup and international nonprofits, and held executive roles at a global Fortune 500 Company as Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, and divisional Head of Human Resources. Her work spans ESG, privacy, investigations, and regulatory strategy, with a deep commitment to ethical leadership and sustainable business practices.

Marcia has co-presented with Tiffany on the intersection of neuroscience, behavioral science, and compliance at conferences around the world, reinforcing Eunomia’s evidence-based, people-first approach to culture and conduct. She holds a degree in psychology and political science from Columbia University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Her public service includes a federal appointment on a whistleblower protection advisory committee, testimony before the US Congress on Dodd-Frank and compliance programs, and service as a local government ethics commissioner. She also teaches corporate governance, compliance, and the legal and ethical implications of artificial intelligence—supporting Eunomia’s mission to build trust, drive impact, and shape the future of responsible business worldwide.
